By downloading, accessing, or using the Decisio mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Decisio is a decision-making application that uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology to help users analyze and make structured decisions. The App provides tools for:

Decisio offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock Pro features (unlimited decisions, AI analysis, export, Devil's Advocate, Decision Playbook):

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices in other currencies are determined by Apple's pricing matrix and may vary by region. Applicable taxes are added where required.
The Annual Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. At the end of the trial period, your Apple ID will be automatically charged the subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID. If you have previously subscribed or used a trial, you are not eligible for another trial.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device:
Alternatively: open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Subscriptions, and manage Decisio from there.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that date. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Decisio does not process refunds directly. Refund decisions are at Apple's sole discretion in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
We may change subscription prices at any time. If a price change affects your existing subscription, Apple will notify you in advance and request your consent before the new price takes effect. If you do not consent, your subscription will not renew at the new price.
Your use of Decisio and its subscription services is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The App, including its design, functionality, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Analytic Hierarchy Process is an established decision-making methodology. Our implementation and user interface are proprietary.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You acknowledge that:
We may update the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Updates may be automatic or require your action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Deleting the App does not cancel any active subscription — you must cancel separately through your Apple ID account settings (see "Managing and Canceling Your Subscription" above).
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with Apple's Standard EULA and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
By using Decisio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
