Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Decisio mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Decisio is a decision-making application that uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology to help users analyze and make structured decisions. The App provides tools for:

• Creating decision frameworks
• Comparing options using multiple criteria
• Generating decision analysis reports
• Managing decision templates

License and Use

Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App

User Content and Data

Your Data

• All decision data you create remains your property
• Your data is stored locally on your device
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We do not access or store your personal decision data on our servers

Data Accuracy

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input
• Decision recommendations are based on your inputs and the AHP methodology
• Results should be used as guidance, not absolute directives

Intellectual Property

App Content

The App, including its design, functionality, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AHP Methodology

The Analytic Hierarchy Process is a established decision-making methodology. Our implementation and user interface are proprietary.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Decision Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Final decisions are your responsibility
• The App provides analysis tools, not guaranteed outcomes
• You should use professional judgment in applying results

Updates and Changes

App Updates

We may update the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Updates may be automatic or require your action.

Terms Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
